Live With The Trainer Program
Make your dog a temporary member of my family
This program offers the convenience of a board & train program without the kennels, chaos, and questionable training methods. During your dog’s Live With The Trainer Program they will stay in my personal home amongst the whole family! This unique approach allows your dog to learn in a “real world” setting where training is happening every second of the day.
Canis major dog training utilizes modern training methodologies rooted in positive reinforcement. We do not permit the use of tools or tactics intended to scare, harm, or intimidate your dog.

Features
One hour active training session each day
During each session the trainer will work toward the goals outlined in your dog’s individualized training program.
Passive training all day everyday
Because your dog is fully immersed in my daily life we will be continually reinforcing desirable behaviors even when we’re not in an active training session.
Four transfer sessions after program completion
Transitioning skills from my home to yours takes a bit of practice, we also want to insure that you are confident in putting to work what your dog has learned, our transfer sessions allow these things to happen smoothly.
One week refresher programs
After core program completion, owners are eligible to enroll in one week refresher programs. Yes, you can use this when you’re on vacation!
Family visits
Programs spanning more than one month are eligible for scheduled family visits.
